Looking for fresh ideas, new business models or concrete solutions? This challenge involves 10-week projects in which different talents work in teams on a project task. These ideas are to be used to solve real challenges in a company. In this way, talents can use their potential in a use case and establish intensive contacts with company representatives. The teams receive coaching, a certificate of participation and the chance to win the annual donor award.
Talents Transfer Program
The Talent Transfer Program (TTP) is based on the foundation's fundamental understanding that while knowledge and talent represent important potential, it is ultimately the situational, self-organized application of skills that is critical to success.
The program includes 3- to 12-month projects with a specific problem and defined problem-solving plan. The foundation accompanies the on-boarding and offers further training and coaching during the project period. The target group is bachelor and master students in their advanced semesters.
The program is also open to applicants with initial work experience who want to individually apply and strengthen their skills and talents at the project provider or who are pursuing a part-time bachelor's or master's degree.
